Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4, a service of Google LLC. It records page views and basic technical data: the pages visited, the referring page, browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from the IP address, which Google states it does not store. The data is used only to see which pages are read and from where; it is not combined with any other data about a visitor.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics storage is denied by default, so no analytics cookies are set and Google receives only cookieless signals. Elsewhere, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_ followed by the property identifier; they expire after two years. Event data is retained by Google for the period configured in the analytics account.

Hosting and outbound links

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes each request and keeps standard request logs under its privacy policy (opens in a new tab). The host also adds Cloudflare Web Analytics to each page, which counts page views and measures load times without cookies or persistent identifiers. The site itself sets no cookies.

Links to fireflies.ai pass through a redirect on this site's own subdomain, which sets no cookies and records nothing about the visitor. Once on fireflies.ai, or on any other linked site, that site's own privacy terms apply.
